Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience necessary.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit activities.
