Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite and property management accounting software is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Utilize Resident Interface to maintain accurate resident billing, lease, and financial records.
• Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations to management.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
