Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of employees and management.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and record accounting entries for revenue, cost of revenue, and deferrals in accordance with US GAAP.
• Record entries and reconcile activities related to monthly and quarterly close.
• Reconcile bank deposits to support revenue cut-off procedures.
• Assist with processing and record keeping of commission payments.
• Maintain data integrity across reporting dimensions.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide information as needed.
• Develop working relationships within Accounting Department.
• Be the point of contact for certain accounting functions.
• Handle ad hoc projects as needed.
