Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of SAP experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries for month-end close.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Support internal and external audit processes with schedules and documentation.
• Develop financial metrics and report to management.
• Assist with tax filing schedules (federal/state).
• Mentor junior accounting staff and lead projects with WBS.
