Job summary

Real Floors, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, perform month-end close, and prepare detailed analyses for leadership. The role reports to the Controller and works closely with the accounting team to ensure GAAP compliance and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, cash flow updates, and collaboration with auditors. A CPA path is preferred and a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license or active CPA track strongly preferred.
• 3–5+ years of technical accounting experience, including public accounting.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and general ledger management.

Responsibilities

• Apply GAAP principles in daily accounting activities and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review journal entries and adjust accruals, prepaid schedules, and core GL accounts.
• Support managing daily cash inputs into the ERP system and cash flow reporting.
• Perform monthly and year-end ERP close and reporting; provide financial insights.
• Collaborate with auditors and internal teams to support audits and compliance.
