Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and consolidations.
• Lead month-end close and journal entries.
• Intercompany eliminations and balance sheet reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review complex journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Act as SME for consolidations and intercompany eliminations.
• Lead audit schedules and coordinate with external auditors.
• Identify and implement process improvements to scale finance operations.
