You will stand in for the Evansville controller during close, identify duplicate payments, assist due diligence and financial modeling, and oversee reconciliations across multiple entities and currencies.

Qualifications

• Document work promptly and accurately.
• Reliable and self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Clear communication to share early and trim later.
• Ownership of projects from concept to delivery.
• Ability to defend numbers to auditors and present to board.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and multi-entity accounting.

Responsibilities

• Stand in for the Evansville controller when close cannot wait.
• Spot the duplicate payment before it leaves the account.
• Support due diligence and financial modeling for strategic initiatives.
• Oversee accounts reconciliation across multiple entities and currencies.
• Keep the hybrid commission calc transparent enough to survive a dispute.
