Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Proficient in US GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform monthly close activities, including preparing and recording journal entries and monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy and adherence to US GAAP and company policies for all accounting areas.
• Perform accounting, analysis, and reporting for leases, compensation, and other benefits.
• Research and document accounting transactions.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial reporting and explain trends.
