Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5 to 8 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly close process and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations with supporting docs.
• Compile financial statements and analysis for internal/external reporting.
• Analyze month-end income statements and balance sheets for variances.
• Support budgeting/forecasting and ad-hoc analyses.
• Assist audits and ensure adherence to controls.
• Identify process improvements.
