Dairy Farmers of America is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Fort Worth to assume responsibility for and support diverse accounting processes across divisions. The role requires completing month-end close, journal entries, and variance analyses while ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates will have 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, and strong Excel skills.

• US GAAP knowledge required.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Perform month-end close tasks and prepare financial statements.
• Complete journal entries and reconciliations with proper documentation.
• Produce timely financial analyses and reports for management.
• Analyze variances and investigate discrepancies.
• Support internal audits and regulatory reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements within accounting functions.
