• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• GAAP knowledge and timely closing deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and income statements.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Maintain fixed asset records and property tax reports for all divisions.
• Assist CFO in preparing and maintaining the corporate budget and coordinate divisional budgets.
• Input payroll in ADP software.
• Prepare reports for audits and year-end reviews.
• Conduct on-site reviews of division financial statements.
