Citco Group Limited in the United States (PA) seeks a Financial Statements and Regulatory Reporting professional to join its Registered Alternative Products team. You will prepare and review annual and quarterly statements under GAAP or IFRS and coordinate with clients, auditors, and Citco professionals.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to regulatory requirements, and using platforms like Confluence, DFIN, and Workiva.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Registered Fund accounting or reporting.
• Experience with third‑party reporting platforms such as Confluence, DFIN or Workiva.
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements.
• Previous financial statement or regulatory review and/or preparation experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Knowledge in complex derivatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• CPA, CFA, CA or other professional designation preferred.
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual and quarterly financial statements per GAAP or IFRS.
• Prepare and review information for SEC Form filings (10K/Q, N-CEN, N-CSR, N-PORT, etc.).
• Coordinate the financial statement reporting process with clients and auditors.
• Identify errors, investigate, and propose solutions to supervisors and team.
• Work with minimal supervision following established procedures.
• Collaborate within a team to deliver high-quality output.
• Develop and implement automation to improve processes.
