Job summary

Citco is seeking a Senior Financial and Regulatory Reporting professional in Pennsylvania to lead the coordination and completion of financial and regulatory reporting services for funds under US GAAP and IFRS.

You will lead engagements, mentor staff, ensure accuracy, and maintain relationships with clients and audit teams while staying current with evolving accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in funds
• IFRS and US GAAP experience with financial statements for funds
• Experience in leading a team of accountants and/or auditors
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements for funds
• Ability to travel as necessary
• Excellent communication and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete financial and regulatory reporting services for CFS clients
• Lead engagements including planning, budgeting, client relations and staff delegation
• Provide training on accounting standards and regulations for funds under US GAAP and IFRS
• Identify and communicate recent authoritative pronouncements for funds
• Lead a team of Financial and Regulatory Reporting staff, ensure quality and review
• Establish staff goals and conduct performance evaluations
• Develop relationships with internal teams, clients and audit firms
• Identify opportunities for new clients and value-added services
