Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a Fund Accounting/Regulatory Reporting professional to join our Registered Alternative Products Financial Statement and Regulatory Reporting team. You will work with seasoned professionals to deliver complex fund reporting and regulatory statements.

You will prepare financial statements, coordinate SEC filings, and help automate processes while maintaining strict adherence to GAAP/IFRS and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with registered fund accounting or reporting (1–5 years).
• Experience with Confluence, DFIN or Workiva.
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements.
• Experience with financial statement or regulatory filings.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Knowledge in complex derivatives.
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual and quarterly financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS.
• Prepare and review SEC Form filers information (e.g., 10K/Q, N-CEN, N-CSR, N-PORT, 24F-2, N-2, N1-A).
• Coordinate the financial statement reporting process with clients, auditors and Citco professionals.
• Identify issues and independently investigate; propose solutions.
• Work under minimal supervision following established procedures.
• Collaborate within a team to deliver a high-quality product.
• Develop and implement automation to improve processes.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.
