Job summary

ComputerCare, a woman-owned IT services company, is seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to join a two-person in-house accounting team reporting to the Controller. The role centers on customer invoicing, AR management, and sales tax administration, with additional duties as the department moves fully in-house.

You will issue invoices, monitor AR aging, coordinate collections, and oversee day-to-day sales tax filings, exemptions, and reconciliations, collaborating across internal teams to ensure

• 4+ years of accounting experience including invoicing, AR, and customer account maintenance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and working knowledge of sales tax administration.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
