Job summary

ComputerCare is hiring a Senior Accountant to help build an in-house accounting function. You’ll lead customer invoicing, accounts receivable, and sales tax administration, reporting to the Controller. The role starts in a small two‑person team and grows as the transition progresses.

You’ll bring 4+ years of accounting experience and a Bachelor's in Accounting, with NetSuite experience preferred. This is an on‑site role in the United States, Oregon.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Working knowledge of sales tax administration and reconciliation.
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines and learn new processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices; resolve billing questions.
• Record and apply customer payments and credits; research unapplied payments.
• Coordinate refunds and account adjustments with approvals.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Handle day-to-day sales tax administration and reconciliations.
