RheoSense is seeking an experienced Accountant to perform full cycle accounting for the company from its San Ramon corporate office. You will ensure timely recording of financial transactions, maintain general ledger integrity, and support bank reconciliations and month-end close.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in accounting with 3–5 years of experience, strong GAAP knowledge, Excel and QuickBooks proficiency, and excellent communication skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive full cycle accounting.
• Knowledge of GAAP and best practices.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform full cycle accounting and financial activities.
• Record transactions in the general ledger per GAAP and internal controls.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare month-end close and statements.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles.
