Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or related finance function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate insights into business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with large datasets preferred.
• Experience with SQL and BI/analytics platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of credit card processing or payment operations preferred.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical, operational, and business teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or IT related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze accounts receivable and revenue activity across domestic and international segments to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses for receivable and customer deposit accounts.
• Develop financial models and recurring/ad hoc analyses for transaction processing and operating expenses.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements improving scalability and controls.
• Support audits by documenting methodologies and communicating results clearly.
• Drive continuous improvement by streamlining accounting processes and reporting.
• Troubleshoot escalations with a solutions-oriented mindset for internal stakeholders.
