The role offers growth potential, with opportunities to advance to Accounting Manager or Controller as the company scales. Based in Louisville, CO, this in-office role emphasizes ownership, deadline adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with the CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• QuickBooks Online experience strongly preferred; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage accounts payable processing, vendor coding, and payments; maintain vendor records.
• Oversee accounts receivable; monitor past-due balances and customer communications.
• Record daily banking activity and ensure accurate cash application.
• Administer payroll processes and sales tax filings; support HR-related tasks.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting with CFO guidance.
• Grow into broader accounting responsibilities and advanced close activities.
