H-E Parts International LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Finance team. The role covers fixed assets, leases, cash reconciliations, and treasury activities, with room to grow responsibilities.

You will support the Credit Manager with receivables, develop understanding of customers, and collaborate across Finance and operations to improve processes. Ideal candidates have a degree in accounting or finance and 2–3 years of related experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and attention

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive accounting experience, incl. month-end close and GL.
• Strong Excel skills, incl. pivot tables, lookups, formulas.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD-denominated foreign currency is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and related analyses.
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation, leases, and related reporting.
• Prepare bank cash reconciliations and treasury activities.
• Support accounts receivable and credit processes with the Credit Manager.
• Identify process improvements and assist special projects.
• Participate in inventory counts and occasional travel.
• Excel-driven data analysis to inform financial decisions.
