Job Overview – Senior Accountant (Fixed Assets):

Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000/year + bonus

Location: Delaware County, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Our client is hiring a Senior Accountant (Fixed Assets) for a hybrid role based in Delaware County, PA. This role focuses on fixed asset accounting, intercompany transactions, and the month-end close process. Key responsibilities include preparing journal entries, managing reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting across domestic and international teams, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and collaboration.

Responsibilities as the Senior Accountant (Fixed Assets):

• Journal Entries & Reconciliations: Prepare and review intercompany entries, accruals, and recurring journal entries for accurate reporting.
• Fixed Asset Management: Maintain asset schedules, monitor transactions, and ensure accurate depreciation and classification.
• Month-End Close: Reconcile balance sheet accounts and support timely delivery of financial statements.
• Global Coordination: Collaborate with international teams to verify intercompany balances and align accounting practices.
• Intercompany Transactions: Assist with intercompany reconciliations and ensure accuracy in related accounting entries.
• Reporting & Projects: Support ad hoc reporting, leadership reviews, and special finance projects as needed.

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant (Fixed Assets):

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional accounting experience, with a focus on fixed asset accounting and reconciliations.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with strong preference for experience using ERP systems.
• Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented and analytical, with strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines across teams.
