Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Senior Accountant to support fixed asset and lease accounting, financial close, reconciliations, reporting, and analysis. The role will partner with operations, engineering, finance, and accounting teams and provide exposure to corporate accounting initiatives, systems, and process improvements.

Occasional travel may be required, up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2–5+ years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• CPA or CPA track is preferred.
• ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset activities including capitalization, transfers, retirements, depreciation, and CIP.
• Support lease accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare journal entries and accruals in accordance with US GAAP and internal controls.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Perform account reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve outstanding items.
• Support financial reporting, audits, and ad hoc analysis.
• Assist with capital expenditure and balance sheet reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiency.
• Support ERP implementations, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.
