Job summary

Atrium, a high growth company in the North Fulton County / Roswell area, is recruiting a Senior Accountant. You will oversee the consolidated month-end close and financial reporting, requiring strong GAAP knowledge and experience with FX.

This role collaborates across finance to ensure accurate, timely results. The ideal candidate has a CPA, 4+ years of experience, and hands-on exposure to SAP/Oracle/Workday, with public accounting background considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification is required.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Support the month-end close process in accordance with GAAP accounting protocol.
• Handle ASC 842 Lease Accounting.
• Manage ASC 360 PP&E, fixed assets, intangible assets, depreciation, goodwill accounting.
• Prepare and review journal entries related to consolidations and close activities.
• Perform account analyses to support balance sheet integrity during close, including variance analysis.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives related to integrations, system implementations, and automations.

Atrium is recruiting for a Senior Accountant on behalf of a high growth company based in North Fulton County. This person will be responsible for managing the consolidated month-end close and financial reporting processes for the business. This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, foreign currency (FX), and GAAP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Support the month-end close process in accordance with GAAP accounting protocol
• ASC 842 Lease Accounting
• ASC 360 PP&E, Fixed Assets, intangible assets, depreciation, goodwill accounting, etc.
• Prepare and review journal entries related to consolidations and close activities
• Perform account analyses and support balance sheet integrity during close including variance analysis
• Participate in process improvement initiative related to business integrations, systems implementations, and process automations.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
• SAP, Oracle, Workday experience
• 4+ years of experience
• CPA is required
• Public accounting experience is a plus
