Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an experienced accounting professional to provide specialized accounting support, including consolidation, reporting, and analysis to help meet company goals. Responsibilities include month-end close, budgets, forecasts, audits, and developing financial models; strong Excel and GAAP knowledge are essential in Minnesota.

The role may supervise accounting staff and requires effective communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business; equivalent work experience considered.
5–8 years of accounting/financial analysis experience with competency in financial reporting, reconciliations, and ad hoc reporting.
Proficiency in Excel; strong understanding of financial reporting applications.
CPA preferred.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

Financial reporting and analysis and preparation of management reports.
Consolidation of financial information for internal and external reporting.
Assist with budgeting and forecasts; develop financial models.
Prepare month-end journal entries and reconcile GL and bank accounts.
Support external auditors and ensure adherence to accounting principles and company policies.
May supervise accounting staff and provide training and direction.
