The role requires 5+ years of accounting experience, a strong GAAP background, and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. CPA or master's is preferred; remote/hybrid work options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA or master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with BC, Solver, Power BI, Looker preferred.
• Experience with consolidations and complex ownership structures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, consolidations, and related schedules.
• Oversee cash activity and coordinate payments.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to team members.
• Deliver accurate financial packages and reports for management and clients.
• Analyze financial information and prepare insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure timely reporting and accuracy.
• Support tax compliance and tax return preparation.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency.
