Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting in Minnesota to join a global team. You will support monthly and quarterly close, prepare external financial reporting packages, and partner with auditors on complex reporting initiatives in a hybrid environment (3 days in the office).

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of financial reporting and/or public accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• CPA (or CPA-track), MBA, or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close, including consolidation and variance analysis
• Prepare external financial reporting packages and financial statements for stakeholders
• Lead technical accounting research and draft memos for new guidance
• Partner with external auditors and manage audit deliverables (PBCs, documentation)
• Support internal controls, SOD compliance, and PCI-related activities
• Contribute to financial reporting process improvements and system optimization initiatives

Job description

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + bonus
