Qualifications

• Associates Degree Accounting, Business, Finance, Related field Required
• Two years of related experience in lieu of associate's degree. Required
• Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Business, Finance, Related field Preferred
• 2 years Accounting, finance, or other related work experience, preferably in health care Required

Responsibilities

• Performs accounting function for assigned entities, activities and/or service lines, with minimal supervision.
• Prepares schedules and analysis for audits and budgets.
• Examines accounting records, financial statements, or other reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Demonstrates full cycle experience including month end/year end close, reconciliations, audit, budget, and journal entries.
• Ensures timely and accurate monthly financial reporting and distribution of details to management.
• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare journal entries and balance sheet items.
• Analyzes assets, liabilities, and equity and summarizes financial position.
• Assists in budget development and variance reporting for operations.
• Prepares financial reports and presentation materials for management and stakeholders.
