Job summary

NOBIS REHABILITATION PARTNERS LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting for hospital locations. You will manage the monthly close, prepare statements, and assist with intercompany payments among hospitals and holding entities.

You will also lead in reconciliations, data analysis, and staff training to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role requires 3-5 years in full-cycle accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and ensure timely monthly close.
• Prepare financial statements and monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Perform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations; review variances.
• Assist with intercompany payments between hospitals and holding entities.
• Support internal and external audits; update audit templates and respond to inquiries.
• Provide training and guidance to staff accountants.
