Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience
• No travel required

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute close processes monthly, quarterly, and annually with journal entries, reviews, postings, and schedules
• Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and analyses to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and cross-functional teams on business activities and accounting matters
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and explanations
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiency; assist with system enhancements and automation
• Interpret and apply accounting policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and mentoring to staff accountants as appropriate
