SanegeneBio in the Boston area is seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager to anchor the monthly close, support FP&A for our R&D portfolio, and help lead the transition to a new ERP system. This onsite role is based in our Woburn, MA office, with collaboration across Finance and R&D teams.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a lean environment and takes ownership across multiple areas of Finance. Compensation will reflect experience and fit.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred.
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience, biotech or life-sciences preferred.
• ERP implementation / system-conversion experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP) preferred.
• Strong Excel; exposure to planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan) a plus; multi-entity and cross-border experience preferred.
• Public company financial reporting experience (IFRS / US GAAP) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly and quarterly close end-to-end across multiple entities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidation eliminations.
• Manage income tax provision, compliance, and NOL scheduling.
• Support FP&A: budget-to-actuals, reforecasts, cash runway modeling.
• Lead transition to a new ERP system with data mapping and process design.
