Job summary

Action Target in Provo, UT is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team. You will be a key contributor to revenue and cost accounting, lead month-end close under private equity backed structure, and work across ERP platforms to ensure accurate financial data.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and capable of mentoring others while supporting internal controls and tax planning.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Ability to lead month-end close and financial reporting.
• Collaborative team player with communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record transactions for revenue, expenses, GL, AR, AP, and fixed assets.
• Coordinate monthly and annual close procedures.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Support accounting policies and internal controls improvements.
• Mentor and guide accounting team members.
• Assist in the production of monthly financial statements and reports.
