Job summary

Google accountants are a savvy bunch who handle core accounting responsibilities at Google, advising on financial reports for governmental regulations and reviewing and interpreting financial and budgetary reports. You’ll lead an end-to-end accounting process, reconcile balance sheets and P&L, and provide supplementary financial information for internal and external reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in accounting or related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
• CPA or CA certification.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with new changes to existing processes.
• Provide financial records and supporting documentation to auditors, and assist with the development of process cycle memorandums and procedural walk-throughs.
• Use data to extract meaningful insights and monitor the performance of different areas of a business.

Education
