Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
• CPA or CA certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes and financial reporting.
• Reconcile balance sheets and P&L accounts; provide supporting documentation for reports.
• Advise on regulatory reports and financial analysis for management and external reports.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive efficiency and best practices.
