Job summary

Mesh is seeking a skilled accounting lead to own payables, cash and crypto reconciliations, and AR activities. You will oversee AP processing, monthly bank and wallet reconciliations, and crypto subledgers while ensuring ASC 606 compliance and timely close. Collaboration with FinOps and Treasury is essential.

You will manage collections under SLA, supervise the AP processor, and handle month-end JEs across AP/expenses, AR/revenue, cash, and crypto in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• CPA or CPA track plus 4–8 years in public accounting and/or industry.
• Experience with NetSuite, Bill.com, and multi-entity environments.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition and crypto-related reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own AP: bill processing, weekly payment run, AP reconciliation, and cleanup of aged items.
• Own cash & crypto: monthly reconciliations for bank and wallet, crypto subledger management.
• Own AR: invoicing, AR tie-out, revenue recognition entries, and customer statements.
• Run PO process and monitor spend vs. open POs for close.
• Run collections under receivables SLA: follow-up and escalation.
• Reconcile company cards and review transaction coding; crypto accounts reconciliation.
• Own audit requests for AP, AR, cash and crypto.
• Supervise the AP processor and protect vendor master data.
• Owner month-end JEs and reconciliations across AP/expenses, AR/revenue, cash, and crypto.
