Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA preferred, not required.
• 2-5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software (Sage Intacct).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support finance leadership with close process, audits, financial reporting (including 990), budgeting, and ad-hoc projects.
• Manage key functions including revenue, payroll and benefits, fixed assets, leases, and expense reviews.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations across assigned areas.
• Monitor financial activity, ensure proper classifications, and maintain compliance with internal policies.
• Partner cross-functionally (e.g., HR, operations) to support accurate reporting and allocations.
• Assist with variance analysis, reporting, and ongoing financial process improvements.
