A growing organization is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee its corporate accounting functions in Nashville, Tennessee. This role will manage multi-entity accounting operations with a strong focus on intercompany transactions and financial reporting under U.S. GAAP. The ideal candidate will have over four years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of close cycles, and be comfortable leading the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. The compensation range is $100,000 - $125,000 based on experience.

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Soni is partnering with a growing organization to hire an Accounting Manager to support its corporate accounting function. This role oversees multi-entity accounting operations with a strong emphasis on intercompany transactions, consolidations, and accurate financial reporting under U.S. GAAP. The position plays a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and partners cross-functionally to support company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminations
• Oversee corporate accruals and expense-related accounting
• Review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Lead close processes and support consolidated reporting
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting workflows

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with close cycles and intercompany accounting
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and consolidations

Preferred

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CPA candidate
• Public accounting exposure
• ERP experience and advanced Excel skills

Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000
