Sentrimax Centrifuges in Mansfield, TX seeks an experienced Accountant to join the finance team, reporting to the Corporate Controller. This hands-on role manages AR, job costing, inventory accounting, and fixed assets across US and Canada, requiring cross-border expertise.

You will bring CPA or active pursuit, 5+ years in a larger company or public accounting, and comfort with multi-currency environments. The position emphasizes accounting discipline in a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required
• CPA designation (or active pursuit) strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience in larger company or public accounting
• Experience with multi-currency and multi-entity accounting is an asset
• Exposure to industrial services, manufacturing, or project-based business is an asset
• Prior ERP or accounting system experience required

Responsibilities

• Participate in AR including invoicing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations across US/Canada
• Maintain and reconcile job cost records for various projects
• Oversee inventory accounting and periodic reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation across entities
• Assist with month-end close, journals, and financial statements
• Support cross-border intercompany reconciliations and currency reporting
• Promote accounting discipline, internal controls, and policy documentation
• Support transition to new ERP or accounting systems as the business grows
