Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Accountant – Corporate Accounting to handle month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis for corporate entities. You will ensure GAAP compliance and assist with budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decisions.

The role offers a hybrid schedule in Des Plaines, IL, with growth opportunities and a collaborative leadership team. CPA is a plus and prior public accounting experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2+ years of corporate accounting experience; public accounting background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close for corporate entities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audits and reporting cycles.
• Support ad-hoc projects and process improvements.
