Ideal candidates hold a CPA, with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience and strong GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA required.
5+ years progressive accounting experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
Manage general ledger activities and ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards.
Oversee fixed assets, leases, and other key accounting functions while maintaining strong internal controls.
Partner with finance and operational leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis.
Supervise, develop, and mentor accounting team members while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
