McShane Construction Company is seeking a Senior Accountant to support active commercial construction projects across multiple states. This on-site role is based in Rosemont, IL and involves managing fixed assets, payroll, intercompany and JV accounting.

Qualifications include 5+ years in progressive accounting, a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, and CPA candidacy. CMiC experience and multi-entity exposure are a plus. Salary is $95,000–$115,000 with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle month-end close ownership.
• Construction or project-based accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity or joint ventures is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage fixed asset accounting including depreciation, additions, and amortization.
• Perform monthly balance sheet, payroll, insurance, intercompany, and revenue reconciliations.
• Prepare recurring journal entries for software, benefits, insurance, overhead costs.
• Support monthly close including revenue tie-outs and JV accounting.
• Prepare and file sales and use tax and other state filings.
