Helmerich & Payne, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant, Consolidations & Intercompany Accounting to join our Corporate Accounting team in Tulsa, OK. The role supports close processes for multiple entities, performs intercompany eliminations, and ensures accurate reporting under U.S. GAAP.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years in accounting, experience with multi-entity consolidations, and strong analytical skills. CPA or active pursuit is preferred; in-office work is required in Tulsa, OK.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, incl. consolidations/intercompany.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations across entities.
• Perform intercompany eliminations and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements.
