Job summary

CDK Global is seeking a Senior Accountant, Consolidations and Reporting, to ensure accurate financial statements and disclosures in accordance with US GAAP. You will partner with the financial systems team, FP&A, tax, treasury, and external audit to support analysis, accounting research, and policy application.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of public company accounting experience (SOX 404).
• Understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of internal controls and accounting policies.
• Proficiency with financial system tools and Excel."
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and take initiative.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the monthly preparation of consolidated financial statements, including footnotes and MD&A.
• Assist with submission of reporting packages to private equity owners.
• Support review and validation of schedules and footnotes for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with government census reporting and standalone financial statements for entities.
• Support maintenance of consolidation hierarchies and mappings in FCCS.
• Prepare top-side journal entries as needed.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Develop strong cross-functional relationships across CDK.
