Secant Group, part of the Solesis family, seeks a Senior Accountant to support the Controller and strengthen financial reporting across multiple units. You will oversee month-end close, consolidate entities, and maintain controls to ensure accurate balances.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP experience, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external auditors. You will develop workflows, prepare board and lender reporting, and help ensure compliance with accounting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 5 years of related experience in medical device, pharma, or manufacturing.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• ERP experience; Deacom, Syspro, IQMS a plus.
• Consolidations and/or BI software experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; proactive with AI resources.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly consolidations and trial balances for multiple entities.
• Create financial reporting presentations for Board; include cash flow forecasts.
• Prepare quarterly lender packages with financial statements.
• Develop a 13‑week cash forecast across entities; assist liquidity planning.
• Provide accounting support and backup coverage for operating companies.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and key revenue/disbursement processes.
• Develop calendars, policies, and standardized processes; support audits.
• Coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders; improve reporting through automation.
