Job summary

Secant Group, a multinational materials company based in Pennsylvania, seeks a Senior Accountant to support the Controller with financial reporting, consolidations, and day-to-day accounting across multiple entities. You will help manage schedules, strengthen internal controls, and improve reporting workflows using ERP tools.

The role requires a strong GAAP background, 5 years of related experience, and exposure to consolidations and BI software. CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• CPA preferred is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and consolidations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial consolidations as part of the month-end close. Interface trial balances from multiple entities into the consolidation system.
• Prepare financial reporting presentations for the Board: income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and equity reports.
• Develop and maintain 13-week cash forecasting across operating and holding companies.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and assist with audits and external reporting.
