Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and post journal entries; maintain general ledger integrity.
• Assist with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q) and other regulatory reports; prepare footnotes.
• Coordinate foreign statutory audits and respond to auditor requests.
• Perform variance analysis and explain fluctuations to aid management decision-making.
• Conduct reconciliations and balance sheet reviews; resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and reporting.
• Support SOX compliance through documentation and control testing.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements; handle ad hoc requests.
• Utilize advanced Excel to analyze large datasets and improve reporting efficiency.
