The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and a proven ability to drive process improvements while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Growth into leadership is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to grow into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage A/P, payroll, vendor relations, and related controls.
• Analyze revenue, AR, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Drive process improvements and system automation.
