You will drive process improvements, ensure accuracy, support audits, and fully leverage ERP systems and reporting tools. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in accounting/finance and 4+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 4+ years of solid accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Transact general ledger accounting and lead month-end close for assigned companies.
• Prepare reconciliations and review accounting data for inaccuracies.
• Support external reporting, footnotes, and consolidated close.
• Collaborate with business units and the shared service center to address imbalances.
• Leverage IT systems and assist with implementations and process improvements.
• Assist in quarterly reviews and annual audits with global coordination.
