Qualifications

• BS/BA in accounting, finance, or economics.
• CPA or CPA candidate a plus.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong skills in Excel and other MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities and post journal entries.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Maintain bank and balance sheet reconciliations; investigate items.
• Research and resolve reconciling items and inconsistencies.
• Assist with IOLTA/account reconciliations and legal accounting processes.
• Support acquisitions-related accounting integration and balance sheet reviews.
• Explore AI and automation opportunities to improve accounting efficiency.
