Job summary

Internet Brands is seeking a Senior Accountant to support month-end close, reconciliations, and IOLTA/ legal accounting for a fast-growing practice. You will assist with acquisitions, improve processes with automation, and partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of ERP systems. CPA or candidate is a plus, based in El Segundo, CA.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in accounting, finance, or economics required.
• CPA or CPA candidate is a plus.
• 2–4 years accounting experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Close: perform close activities and meet deadlines.
• Account Reconciliations: bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• IOLTA/Legal Accounting: reconcile and ensure proper recording.
• Acquisitions & Growth: assist with onboarding data for acquisitions.
• AI & Technology/Process Automation: explore automation to improve processes.
