Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience with month-end close ownership.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and internal control principles.
• Experience with complex journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analyses, and audit support.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Month-End Close & General Accounting: Own close activities and deliverables.
• Prepare and review complex journal entries with audit-ready support.
• Analyze financial activity and resolve issues with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate dependencies across accounting and business teams for timely close.
• Maintain high-quality workpapers and documentation in line with policies.
• Prepare and review reconciliations and related workpapers.
• Investigate reconciling items and drive corrective actions.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and accounting projects for leadership.
